Can I try NextSTB before I buy?
Yes. Every account can start a free 7-day trial with all features unlocked and no payment details. You can request a new trial after the previous one ends, up to 3 trials.
What is the difference between Lifetime and Unlimited?
A Lifetime licence stays on one device for its whole life; moving it to another device is a paid option. An Unlimited licence can move between devices as often as you like, but only one device can use it at a time.
How many transfers do I get?
Full monthly: 2 per month and 5 per calendar year. Full yearly: 1 per year. Lite and Lifetime licences: transfers are a paid option. Unlimited: no limit.
What is a licence recovery?
If your TV was replaced by the same model, reset, or updated and the app lost its licence, you can restore it on the same device from your account. Trials cannot be recovered. A fair-use policy applies.
How many devices can one licence cover?
A licence is for one device. Full includes up to 4 linked devices in the same home, 5 in total; for Lite lifetime they are a paid option. The main TV controls the portals of linked devices, and each device needs its own TV subscription.
How fast is activation?
Activation is automatic. Your activation code is shown as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually in under a minute.
Will my provider’s portal work?
Most portals work. Some portal administrators restrict third-party apps; our help centre has a guide they can follow to make their portal compatible.
